Located in the historic Old Main on Northern Arizona University's North Campus, the Museum presents art exhibitions featuring local, national and international artists. Typically, the main floor features four to six special exhibitions of modern and contemporary art yearly.

    Sherrie Wolf: Historyonics Northern Arizona University Art Museum Sherrie Wolf: Historyonics Presented by Northern Arizona University Art Museum at Northern Arizona University Art Museum April 3-June 2, 2012 Wolf self-identifies as a still-life painter, though figures and landscapes also make their way into her artworks. Her oil paintings feature arranged objects placed in front of recreations of old master paintings. These paintings are known for their smooth surfaces, a result of a fine glazing technique executed with precise brush strokes.

Mrs. Weiss was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned degrees from Miami University (Ohio) and the University of Cincinnati.
